Gpoal Rai the Transport Minister launches Poochh-O car pool app on Wednesday 13th April 2016 to solve problem of Delhi Even Odd Scheme 15 day second trail plan and make awareness for Carpool to resolve issue of Air pollution and traffic for such people who can share ride with their colleagues or their co-worker.
This App is totally developed by Delhi Integrated Multi-Modal Transit System (DIMTS) which can be downloaded by google play-store by users. This app came in action during first trail of even odd scheme during January 2016 but along with the 15 day trail, app also shut down too.
This app will help users who want to carpool with even number car on odd number day with the help of this app and the radius of this app will avail between 1-5 km area. First user have to register them-self on app either they have car or not. For security purpose person don't have to share their number to communicate but they have chat option to meet and do carpool. Person looking for odd or even number car will search on app and get all available details of car with particular date number car.

The PoochO driver app to avail taxi and auto-rickshaw services in the capital of India, in view of the odd-even number scheme. Delhi govt. Launches the app for the commuters and riders named Poocho. The commuters will be able to book the taxi and autos having GPS facility on vehicles. The commuters will get more options to take ride towards their destination and also taxi and auto rickshaw drivers will get more passenger’s. Till Now 50000 taxi and auto rickshaws are connected with the Poocho app database.
The app is available on the play store. The commuters and the drivers can download the app and get register themselves. The commuters can avail the services from 22 December which is a Car Free Day in Capital. Also people can download the app from the link directly.

How the app will function For drivers
1. Drivers need to register by sending a SMS to 99586694311 to connect to server of Pooch-O.
2. SMS must read as follows: APP (space) vehicle number/last four digits of engine chassis.
3. Driver will receive a message through a special ringtone, which the driver can accept or reject.
For commuters
Option 1: Commuters need to directly call the number of an auto-rickshaw or taxi in the vicinity, available on the app.
Option 2: Just Register details of journey, and the commuter will get a call from the nearest auto-rickshaw or taxi.
